Getting ready to leave
In 1 hour we are leaving. I'm very sad to leave this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and my new friends, but very happy to see my old friends and family, and share my Olympic Adventure with Canada and to share the message that if you work hard in everything you do, it will pay off. I hope to see the Olympics again, but as an athlete instead.

She along with ten other Canadian children will be in Vancouver taking in the sights and sounds of the 2010 Olympic Games.
